Rustic refined. The Trousdale platform bed frame is constructed of distinct reclaimed wood from vintage buildings slated for tear down in California. This beautiful old growth timber is rescued from the waste stream and forged into hand crafted bedroom furniture. All finishes are water based and non-toxic. The Trousdale platform bed is hand inlayed with Kirei board, an environmentally friendly product constructed entirely from reclaimed agricultural fiber manufactured from reclaimed sorghum straw. The solid wood construction is held together with screws and water soluble, formaldehyde free glues. This well constructed piece is made in California. Make the world greener one bed at a time.
