CUSTOM ORDERS: Any custom orders MAY NOT BE CANCELED at any time whatsoever.
UNAUTHORIZED REFUSAL: If you refuse the delivery of your merchandise for any other reason than damages incurred during shipping (see shipping policy for instructions in case of damaged merchandise), it will be considered an unauthorized cancellation and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 45% of your order plus any and all freight charges incurred by PJs Sleep Company, Inc.
These fees are simply to cover PJs Sleep Company, Inc. from incurring any losses due to customer cancellation.
