PJs Shipping Policy

We ship from Santa Barbara to San Diego to Palm Springs, or you can arrange for pick-up at our store in Los Angeles.

WHEN YOUR FURNITURE ARRIVES:

1.  UPON DELIVERY, request that the delivery crew waits until you inspect your items PRIOR TO SIGNING ANYTHING.  Please inspect the shipping boxes thoroughly for any evidence of rough handling (punctures, dents, creases, tears, or moisture) and NOTE any conditions ON ALL COPIES of the Delivery Receipt BEFORE YOU SIGN.
2.  In the event that the box(es) are damaged and the crew refuses to wait while you inspect the furniture, please write on all copies "Box(es) damaged and driver refused to wait for inspection of contents.  All items are subject to inspection succeeding delivery."
     If the boxes are not damaged and the crew refuses to wait for inspection, simply write on all copies "All items are subject to inspection succeeding delivery."
3.  In the event that any products were damaged in transit, NOTE THE FULL EXTENT OF ANY DAMAGES in as much DETAIL as possible on the delivery receipt.  Despite how minor the damage may be, write "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt.
4.  In the rare event that the boxes are SEVERELY DAMAGED, quickly inspect the merchandise for blemishes or evidence of wear.  In this case, if the products are damaged, refuse the delivery and CLEARLY STATE on the delivery receipt "REFUSE DELIVERY DUE TO SEVERE BOX/CARTON DAMAGE." Then, immediately contact PJs Sleep Co. at (800)-628-8288 and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
 
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
As we thoroughly inspect and package all materials that leave our warehouses, we are confident that damaged shipments will be few and far between.  That being said, damages will inevitably occur and when they do we will need your help in remedying the issue at hand!
Please notify PJs Sleep Company at (800)-628-8288 immediately.  
In order to quickly resolve any issues with damaged goods, we will send you an e-mail asking specific questions regarding the condition of the packages and merchandise.  If you have access to a digital camera or even a camera phone, please take pictures of the damaged boxes as well as pictures clearly depicting the defective merchandise and send CLEARLY LABELED pictures to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Upon receiving the images and damage description, we will determine the most appropriate plan of action on an individual basis.
 
You MUST contact us WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY to notify us of any damaged products.  If we are not notified within 72 hours of the delivery, PJs Sleep Company, Inc. is no longer responsible for the replacement or repair of any merchandise as any damages will be considered to have been caused by negligence at no fault of the courier or manufacturer. 
 
MULTIPLE ITEM POLICY:
We offer products from a variety of manufacturers.  Therefore, if you purchase more than one item, you may receive more than one delivery.
