March 31, 2006 Dear Ivy, My husband and I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with your service. We had been mattress hunting for a few weeks and no store we went to came close to PJs. Your friendly staff was so helpful and informative without being pushy. I enjoyed working with such helpful and personable people, who were glad to answer our questions. The setup and delivery service was exceptional. It´s so rare to have a small window of delivery time these days. We did not have to wait all day for our delivery, which was a big plus. The two delivery guys were speedy, polite and helpful. They shook my hand when they left- making it a real pleasure doing business with your store. We will definitely recommend you to our friends. Christen & David January 20, 2007 Dear Ivy, I just took delivery of the new latex mattress, and want to let you know the mattress is exquisite but, equally important, your sales staff and the two gentlemen who delivered the mattress are very special people and you are fortunate to have them as employees. The entire experience of purchasing this mattress such as the no-pressure and well informed sales style along with the professionalism of the delivery people made doing business with PJs a pleasure.
